With plans to become a football coach and history teacher, he obtained a B.S. in History and Economics from State University of West Georgia. After graduation, Todd’s career path changed. While working several years in construction sales, he found his calling when he accepted his first superintendent position in 2002 with a large residential construction company in south Atlanta. In 2009, during the economic downturn, Todd began commuting to Augusta, GA for a large national builder. He had no plans to stay in Augusta any longer than necessary until he met TJ Washburn in 2010. His employment with Winchester began shortly after and he made Augusta home in 2012. Todd has been with Winchester from its beginnings and was key in forging the foundation for what it is today. With 20 years in the construction industry and high-level organizational skills, Todd is an invaluable Winchester asset. Todd manages the day-to-day vertical construction efforts from groundbreaking to completion. Todd is responsible for over 3,000 projects built and closed during his career.
